Here are some of the questions we are frequently asked about consigning at Loop Kids
Q: When can I bring consignment in for consideration?
A: We accept consignment Tues, Wed, Thurs & Saturday from open until 1 hour before close. Our store hours are Mon - Sat 10am - 5pm
We DO NOT accept consignment on Mondays or Fridays. On Mondays & Fridays we focus on other business tasks - like pricing the dozens of bags of consignment that come in the other days of the week, and receiving our new product supply.
Q: What brands will Loop consider for consignment?
A: There are certain brands that our customers are always looking for. Here we'll break down the most popular by clothing/shoe type for you.

Q: Are there brands you DO NOT accept?
A: Yes - our customers are looking for quality, trendy clothing that will last through multiple children. We consider brands based on several factors: quality & resale value, customer demand, and current trends

Q: Do you accept clothing out of season?
A: No. We accept clothing for the season that is currently selling. We do not have space to store out of season items. Here is our general season guide.

Q. Can I pick up my items that have not sold at the end of the term?
A. No. Unsold items are donated to our charity / not-for-profit partners at the end of the term. We are unable to hold and store items to return them, so you must be prepared to say good-bye to your items when you bring them in to be considered for consignment.
Q. Will you notify me of my account balance?
A. Our consignment system will notify you with a Welcome email when your account is created. You will then received system generated emails when your items sell. Within that email you will find your current account balance. You can unsubscribe at any time. If you are not receiving the emails please check your spam/junk.
Q. Can I cash out my account balance?
A. Yes. You can cash out your account balance, or use it to shop. You receive a 10% discount on regular priced items when you spend a minimum of $10 from your account balance.
Q. My account balance expire?
A. Accounts that have become inactive - no drop offs, purchases using account balance, or payouts for 12 or more months, are eligible to be used as store credit only. This cannot be reversed. Consignors will have 12 months from the date of conversion to STORE CREDIT to use their balance. Any unused credit will be forfeited after 24 months.
